Lucienne Boyer 之後亦有不同歌手的版本面世, 甚至以不同語言如: 德國, 匈牙利, 波蘭, 英語至華語的歌詞演譯。
1953年, 派拉蒙公司 Paramount Pictures 攝製的黑白電影 "Little Boy Lost 還珠記", 由冰哥羅士比 Bing Crosby 主演, 影片插曲之一 "Mon Coeur Est Un Violon" 由當年瑞典裔的女歌手 Zarah Leander 幕後主唱。
此曲的英文版 "Love Is Like A Violin"由愛爾蘭填詞家 Jimmy Kennedy 撰寫, 由英國男歌手 Ken Dodd 的錄音推出後, 很快便登上美國 Billboard Hot 100 流行榜的前十位罝, 其後由美國黑人女歌手 Leslie Uggams 的唱片錄音同樣被受歡迎。
