六十年代的 "樂與怒 Rock n' Roll" 潮流, The Beatles 把一首另類的歌曲, 以一新耳目的演譯, 帶到搖滾流行歌曲樂壇, 雖然與 Peggy Lee 1958年的節奏相近, 但是由一隊在當年被稱狂野的青年樂手演譯之後, 被翻唱的版本陸續而至, 相信今天仍有樂迷把它視作 The Beatles 的原唱歌曲 ....
她是原曲的首唱歌手, 而由她演譯的歌曲與生平事跡, 卻甚少有記載, 我們衹可以從網上平台才欣賞到她的歌曲而已。
另有一位同名的百老滙女演員, 由1917年至1931年活躍於舞台, 以配角演出而已。無獨有偶, 兩者的生平亦難於查閱, 衹知後者是影星 William Powell 的首任妻子。
