當中有一篇樂評和歌曲歴史考究, 認為 "Romance Anónimo" 是這樂譜最恰當的名字, 既然作者是匿名, 對眾多的演奏家、樂譜出版商和媒體, 包括1952年電影 "Jeux Interdits 禁止的遊戲" 和1941年的 "Blood And Sand 碧血黃沙" 同樣可用上這樂曲而不需顧及其版權, 另外用於商業的視頻播放, 為數亦不少。若非如此, 到目前為止, 足以引起許多版權索償和訴訟個案出現。

亦有文獻記載, 十九世紀末, 西班牙和南美國家的家庭, 一般的家居歡聚, 共享溫馨和諧之時, 會即興彈奏一些近乎民歌與古典之間的輕快樂曲, 如旋律優美的結他樂曲 "Romance Anónimo", 其結構簡單之外, 三段樂曲緊凑而流暢: 開始的第一段以 minor 小調、第二段以 major 大調, 至第三段, 返回第一段重奏作完結。

自1952年的電影 "JEUX INTERDITS" 之後, 樂曲經撰上歌詞, 不同語言的版本在流行樂壇陸續出現, 有記錄首次撰上英文歌詞, 是來自比利時撰詞家 Marcel Stellman 執筆的歌曲 "FORBIDDEN GAMES", 收錄在一位來自南非的女歌手 Miriam Makeba (另文有述), 一張1963年的專輯唱片 "The World of Miriam Makeba"。
