IRON BUTTERFLY
1966年的美國年青樂隊, 他們始於 Garage Band 以家中的車房練歌夾 band 而起, 是當時社會不被認同的一群, 及後唯有步向 Underground Music 領域.
1968年一曲最為業界或樂迷所追捧的 Psychedelic Rock Music, 全曲長達 17分鐘, 絕無冷埸, 世界大部份的年青 band 友都鑽研其演譯, 由 Hammond Organ, Drum, Guitar, Bass 都被爭相效法, 最為人熟悉的一曲原名: "IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN" 的佳作, 相信六 、七十年代的 ROCK 迷, 想忘掉它都頗難了.
這首 Psychedelic Rock 經典在錄音期間, 主音歌手 Doug Ingle 剛用 "藥" 完畢, 步入飄飄然的境界, 唱到舌頭打結, 卻沒有發覺不妥, 錄音完畢, 監製及各人再聼後才捧腹大笑, Doug 將原曲詞:"In the garden of Eden honey" 唱成 "In-a-gadda-da-vida honey", 但聼落有迷幻 feel, 於是决取這版本面世 ...
