Singing this'll be the day that I die
This'll be the day that I die

AMERICAN PIE -
Annotation verse 6:5

500,000 Concert-goers in "WOODSTOCK FESTIVAL '69"

And there we were all in one place
A generation lost in space
With no time left to start again

"ISLE OF WRIGHT CONCERT"

Hippies"

The Rolling Stones - "JUMPING JACK  FLASH"

So come on Jack be nimble, Jack be quick
Jack Flash sat on a candlestick
Cause fire is the devil's only friend

JUMPING JACK FLASH - The Rolling Stones
JACK BE NIMBLE"

Jack, be nimble, Jack, be quick,
Jack, jump over the candlestick.
Jack jumped high, Jack jumped low
Jack jumped over and burned his toe.

Quoted: This is no mere child’s play as most have imagined. One theory says that it is about a fortune-telling practice in England. It is said if one jumps over a lighted candle without extinguishing it can mean good luck for the following year while another state that it is about the Yellow Fever. Whichever is true, it is still interesting.

And as I watched him on the stage
My hands were clenched in fists of rage
No angel born in hell
Could break that Satan's spell
And as the flames climbed high into the night
To light the sacrificial rite

I saw Satan laughing with delight
The day the music died

CHORUS
He was humming . . . Bye, bye Miss American Pie
