作曲家 Antônio Carlos Jobim 與撰詞家 Vinícius de Moraes 兩人合作另一歌曲 "Garota de Ipanema"(The Girl from Ipanema) 同樣大受世界流行樂迷歡迎, 更成為 "Bossa Nova" 音樂的標誌作品。"Insensatez" 的英語版 "How Insensitive" 與 "The Girl From Ipanema" 兩曲的英文歌詞, 同是出自美國名作詞家 Norman Gimbel 的手筆; "How Insensitive" 首唱歌手是 Peggy Lee, 1964年面世至今, 翻唱版本已共達二百多個。
